Nazim advises a client base of major Maldivian companies on contentious and non-contentious corporate matters. He has particular experience in business law, debt collection and the employment law consequences of organisational change, including outsourcing and collective redundancy programmes.

A former part-time lecturer in Equity and Administrative Law at the Maldives National University, he also teaches Dhivehi morphology and is a certified English–Dhivehi translator.

Thoha's practice centres on commercial litigation, employment law and land law. Before co-founding The Litigants LLP, he practised at Mazlan & Murad Law Associates, one of the country's established firms.

He co-translated the Right to Information Bill for Transparency Maldives, reflecting a continuing commitment to public-interest and rights-based work.
