The Litigants LLP

The firm has realised exciting growth in its first five years. Our team offers a unique blend of experience gained at top leading national law firms, as well as in senior in-house roles.
As a boutique firm, we combine this experience with a personal and flexible service at competitive fee rates.

It is a combination that has proved attractive and has led to us advising resort companies and across a number of industry sectors including insurance, IT and debt collection. Our clients also include SMEs, NGOs and island councils, as well as individual private clients, in particular senior and executive employees.

Although the partnership is entered in the name of the Litigants, it is not the intention of the firm to accept only ‘litigators’ as its clients. The firm will endeavour to work with its clients in the context of a cooperative venture by assisting them in drafting contracts and business proposals, as well as filling out government administrative forms, etc.; none of these tasks would necessarily end up in court.

In the area of criminal law, the firm is willing to defend clients who are unable to pay high fees, as well as those taken to court on trumped-up charges. The firm considers the latter type of cases as ‘rights-based’ litigation.
