Arbitration
Resolving disputes privately and finally, without going through the courts.
Arbitration lets the parties to a dispute choose who decides it and how, in private. It is common in construction, investment and international contracts, and the result can be enforced much like a court judgment.
We advise on arbitration clauses when contracts are made, and we represent clients in domestic and international arbitrations under the Maldives Arbitration Act.

-
Domestic arbitration

-

-
